The Role

We are hiring a Private Client Advisor to lead sales in Dubai’s off-plan and luxury property market. We are recognized as a Top Real Estate Brokerage by Nakheel and Meraas, giving our advisors exclusive access to premium projects, priority inventories, and unmatched developer support. This is a commission-based role with full backing, qualified leads, and high-income potential for top-tier performers.

Responsabilities

Convert leads into successful transactions for buying, selling, and renting properties

Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities in both off-plan and secondary segments

Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals with professionalism and transparency

Stay informed about current market trends, new launches, and project updates

Provide end-to-end support throughout the entire transaction process

Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and collective sales targets

Requirements

Proven experience in Dubai off-plan real estate sales

Strong knowledge or a keen interest in off-plan property developments

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and sales-driven mindset

Solid understanding of the Dubai real estate market

UAE driving license is an advantage
