It is best known for Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world, and The Dubai Mall, which is one of the most visited places in the city with more than 100 million visitors a year. Emaar is also behind large communities like Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, Dubai Hills Estate, and Dubai Creek Harbour.

As of 2023, Emaar has delivered over 96,000 homes globally. The company has a land bank of over 1.1 billion square feet across the UAE and other countries. It is active in more than 12 markets, including Egypt, India, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey.

In 2023, Emaar recorded AED 26.7 billion in revenue and AED 11.6 billion in profit. It also achieved AED 37.4 billion in property sales, which was its highest ever.

Apart from real estate, Emaar also runs hotels under the Address and Vida brands. It owns and manages shopping malls and entertainment attractions, including The Dubai Mall and Dubai Opera.
